• Earn 1 Roxx Reward Dollar for every $20 spent on services at ROXX.

• Your points can be used anytime and in any amount — no minimum required!

• Points are redeemable on any full-priced retail item in the salon.

🧾 Points Accumulation

• Every $20 = 1 Roxx Reward Dollar

• Points are earned on SERVICES ONLY (not on retail purchases or gift cards).

• Whoever pays, earns the points! Treat someone else? The payer receives the points.

⏳ Expiry + Eligibility

• Your Roxx Rewards never expire — use them when you're ready!

• No minimum balance is needed to redeem points.

🛍 Redemption Rules

• Points can be redeemed on any retail product in-store.

• Exclusions? There are two!!

  Points cannot be combined with sale or promotional pricing.

  Points cannnot be transfered to someone else.

📲 Tracking Your Points

• Your points are safely stored in your client profile.

• You can ask our team anytime for your current balance.

• Points are added to your account immediately after each service transaction.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

• If you return a retail item purchased with points, your refund will be credited back in points to your account.

Spend $120 on services → Earn 6 Roxx Reward Dollars → Use those dollars toward a new product you’ve had your eye on!
