WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS JOB? I grew up in this industry with a hairstylist mom. I have always loved the fast-paced and upbeat environment; I love the constant change and evolution of the industry.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SERVICE AND WHY? My favourite service is customer service. I love building relationships with our clients- they truly are an extended family.
