Please read our policies before your upcoming appointment with us. 
These guidelines have been put in place with the safety of staff and patrons as the primary focus.

- Masks are required by guests entering ROXX and are provided for anyone entering our facility.  
- Please txt upon arrival for your appointment.  The front staff will respond when you can come in for your scheduled appointment.  Please enter, sanitize at the entrance and check in at the front desk.  
- Our spa lounge has been temporarily removed.  If you have an appointment in our spa, please remain downstairs until your service provider comes to get you.
- Please come alone for your appointment.  Children coming for an appointment can be accompanied by one adult.
- We can accept walk-ins at this time. 
- Our coffee/snack bar is closed.  
- Please be cautious of handling retail items.  Our online ordering for curbside pickup/delivery is still available.
-There is a mandatory protocol in place for cleaning and sanitizing work stations between each client, and for the common areas.
- A service fee of $2.50 has been added to all appointments to offset the costs related to these policies and procedures.
